How DiaQueue works

Four steps, from the meter in your hand to the clinician reviewing your control.

1. Pair your device

DiaQueue reads the standard Bluetooth health profiles used by TaiDoc, FORA and Diamond GD50 meters, plus fingertip oximeters. Tap Pair, choose your device, and take a reading — it lands in your log automatically.

2. Or log it by hand

No Bluetooth meter? Type the number in, choose whether it was fasting, before or after a meal, and add a short note about how you felt.

3. Your doctor follows along

Once an admin assigns you to a practitioner, they see your readings and notes, and can leave clinical remarks on your record. Nobody else can see your data.

4. Kept private

Your health record is stored under POPIA principles: only you, your assigned clinician and the platform administrator can reach it, and every timestamp is in SAST.
